Luddendenfoot
195023 and 008 run through the site of Luddendenfoot station with a Leeds to Chester service on 8th November 2023. Luddendenfoot opened with the line in 1840 but closed in 1962. Two platforms that were squeezed into this cutting were removed after closure. That for Manchester trains ran through to the other side of the steeply graded road bridge from which this picture was taken.
