Hindley No 2 Junction
150136, on a Headbolt Lane to Blackburn service, crosses the old Whelley Loop as it runs between Ince and Hindley on 10th January 2024. Immediately ahead of the Sprinter is the site of Hindley No.2 Junction, from where there was a chord back to De Trafford Junction, behind the camera, until the loop closed in 1973.
