Exhibition [NBR]
A diverted Glasgow - Edinburgh service passes through Slateford on the sub on 16 July 2006. In the background is the bridge that carried the Caledonian main line out of Princes Street and which now serves as vehicle access from Merchiston to Slateford sidings and PW depot. Immediately beyond but obscured from view by the first bridge is a parallel bridge carrying the current link from Haymarket East Junction see image 11417.
