Lochend Junction: A Commonwealth Games DMU shuttle, in July 1986, is given the road at Lochend Junction for Meadowbank Halt, visible beyond the road bridge - see image [[15659]].
Ashton Gate: DB 66016, light engine on the Portishead Branch, heading for Portishead docks through the former Ashton Gate station on 9 February 2010.
Summerseat: Light and shade at Summerseat, during the ELR Summer Diesel Gala, as 37109 passes the public foot crossing heading for Bury on 5th July 2019.
Moreton-in-Marsh: I cant quite imagine the builders of the Old Worse and Worse anticipating that their railway would use trains designed in Japan. Still, times change. This is a down train at Moreton-in-Marsh in August 2020.
Rannoch: A road-rail vehicle carrying a First Engineering PW team moves out from the siding onto the main line north at Rannoch on a dull and overcast May morning in 2003.
Chelford: A pair of Class 150s, operated at the time by Arriva Trains Wales, passes Chelford on 25 September 2016. Although the destination blind states Manchester Piccadilly, the train has actually started there and is heading to Milford Haven. Quite a journey on a Class 150 if you were going all the way!
Lynedoch Street Tunnel North: Looking west towards Greenock's Lynedoch Street tunnels in the summer of 1963 along the lines serving the large [[Lynedoch Goods]] depot located behind the camera. Running at a higher level is the main line to [[Greenock Princes Pier]], with [[Lynedoch]] passenger station just out of shot to the left. The routes came together some 300 yards further on at [[Mearns Street Junction]] just before entering [[Ann Street Tunnel]] (see image [[7199]]).
Almond Valley Junction: Almond Valley Junction looking north in 1989. The stub of the line to Crieff had survived as a headshunt for Perth New Yard and siding for Dewar's.
Preston: Four 2-car DMU sets are coupled together on Platform 5 at Preston, 25 minutes before midnight on 13 May 2011, waiting to form an ecs to Blackpool North servicing point.
