Built on the site of a former bleach field, this was to be a print works. It never fully opened, located between Blanefield and Strathblane on the north side of the Blane Valley Railway. It was to be rail served by Dumbrock Siding (only partly laid in). The works was built not long after the arrival of the railway.
The works was demolished in 1905 and site cleared.
