This rail served print works was owned by Dalglish Falconer & Co, owned by Alexander Dalglish, Robert Dalglish and Patrick Falconer. It was setup in 1803.
By 1846 the owners were Andrew Stephenson Dalglish, Robert Dalglish, and James Hertz.
The works was served by a siding from the 1848 Campsie Branch (Edinburgh and Glasgow Railway) which passed the south side of Lennoxtown [1st] station westwards over Station Road. within the works was a network of sidings.
The site is now housing.
