Opened on the Newbie Branch.

Description

A signal box opened at this junction in 1900 for the Newbie Brick and Tile Works and Cochran's Boiler Works.

The junction was west of Annan.

The signal box was on the south side of the junction. The branch was single track with a loop close to the junction. The branch was approached from the west.

The box closed in 1934.

Track, now overgrown, remains on the branch. The Cochran's Boiler Works remains open.

There was a workmen's halt at the junction.
