This was a woollen mill in Selkirk. It was constrained by Ettrick Water to the west, Level Crossing Road to the north and the Selkirk and Galashiels Railway to the east. It was served by a siding accessed from the south, trains approaching from Selkirk station.
The mill closed entirely in 1977.
A large part of the very fine building remains today, in other uses.
