Development of Flying Scotsman Village, a planned £2M visitor centre in Edinburgh's Waverley station, is currently in doubt as a result of financial problems. The theme of the centre was intended to be the 'Flying Scotsman' locomotive and former non-stop London to Edinburgh service.
