Date: 07/08/2012

Part of the former Broughty Ferry station to the south of platform 1, including the old ticket office and waiting room, has been separated from the main operational station area and is currently being marketed as a potential restaurant/retail development. Broughty Ferry signal box, which used to form part of an overbridge spanning the main lines overlooking the level crossing, has been refurbished and relocated alongside the new development.
