An information day was held at Ladybank Library on 15 November regarding proposed improvements to Ladybank Station. These include the provision of stepfree access (using stone from the demolished wagonshops), an increase in the number of parking spaces, plus the restoration of the Laird's Waiting Room for community use. Also today Ladybank Primary School presented to the Ladybank Development Trust a cheque for £1200 from the takings of their Cupcake Cafe to help towards the creation of a biodiversity garden at the station.
