Four out of 10 high-speed trains will not run in France on Thursday, the state rail network SNCF predicts, and Paris region transport will be disrupted. Railworkers are taking strike action over a plan they fear will lead to the network being broken up. High-speed TGV services will be badly hit by the strike, the SNCF said Thursday, adding that only four of 10 Ter regional trains are likely to run.
