BRITISH rolling stock leasing company Eversholt Rail has awarded Bombardier a two-year contract worth more than £30m to overhaul the fleet of 40 class 365 EMUs used by First Capital Connect. The work will be carried out at Bombardier's Ilford depot in Essex and the first train is due to be completed early next year. Eversholt had originally placed the contract with Railcare, but the work was retendered after Railcare entered administration in July 2013.
