Date: 08/01/2014

THE Launceston Steam Railway has celebrated 30 years with some commemorative runs, including special excursions on Boxing Day and New Year's Eve. The steam railway ran its first train with steam locomotive Lilian (then celebrating her centenary) and its one coach over the original half a mile of track on Boxing Day, 1983.
