HUNDREDS of millions of pounds in upgrades are being made to the Glasgow-Edinburgh rail line - but first comes weeks of disruption. The Winchburgh Tunnel, near Linlithgow, is closing from Saturday, June 13, to Monday, July 27 as engineers work to install new track and equipment for overhead power lines.
