An investigation has been launched over claims train passengers travelling from north Wales were forced to travel in the driver's cab for part of their journey because of overcrowding. Arriva Trains Wales said passengers would not be allowed to enter and travel in the driver's cab for 'safety and security reasons'. It said it was looking into the claims but apologised for overcrowding.
