The Dutch company has published a report saying ScotRail has failed to hit its targets and is lagging behind other areas of the business. The firm responsible for Scotland's trains say the operation isn't making enough money - despite profits of almost 1 million a week. The claim is made in a report by Nederlandse Spoorwegen (NS), who own ScotRail.
