Figures published today showed in the seven days up to July 1 95.4 per cent of trains arrived on time or within five minutes of when they were due. This is the highest level since Dutch firm Abellio took over the franchise in April 2015. But ScotRail still failed to meet a crucial target regarding the entire previous 12 months
