Euston closure: no trains in or out of rail terminal over Bank Holiday weekend due to HS2 engineering works [Evening Standard]

All trains to and from Euston station are to be halted during the Bank Holiday weekend due to engineering works for HS2. Passengers were warned against travelling in and out of London unless 'absolutely necessary' on Saturday and Sunday. Those who do travel into other London stations face extensive queues for replacement services and diversions as one of the capital's busiest rail hubs is closed over the holiday.

Those who do travel into other London stations face extensive queues for replacement services and diversions as one of the capital's busiest rail hubs is closed over the holiday. To coincide with the closures, Network Rail is also carrying out maintenance work between Watford Junction and Euston.
