ScotRail have posted a video online showing one of their trains testing the line between Port Glasgow and Gourock. The transport firm had confirmed that no services will be running through the amber alert area until such tests were carried out on the tracks, while Virgin Trains has said its west coast route to Scotland could be closed while is eastern line will be limited.
