Perth car dealership site sold to Network Rail in £950,000 deal [Courier]

Arnold Clark has sold its former showroom in Perth city centre to Network Rail in a deal worth £950,000. The St Leonards Bank premises which lies adjacent to the main line railway station, will be used to create a new maintenance depot. Currently Network Rail's staff are spread over several locations in Perth. [The site is former railway land to the east of the Dundee platforms on St Leonards Bank.]
