No trams will run on the West Midlands Metro network until further notice. Tram services in the West Midlands have been suspended indefinitely after a fault was discovered among the fleet.

Midland Metro (since renamed West Midlands Metro) tram no. 26 from Wolverhampton St. George's threading its way through Birmingham city centre on the approach to Bull Street, on 30th January 2016. At this time, Bull Street was the terminus of the new extension into the city which saw trams diverted away from Snow Hill station with a replacement stop on the extension, since renamed St. Chad's.
