Early days for the new Tilbury to Coatbridge intermodal service (See recent news item) and it was lightly loaded on 15th January 2022 as 88008 'Ariadne' headed north through the cutting at Forton. The few wagons with containers can just be seen coming round the corner in the distance.

One of the new refrigerated containers on the last wagon of a lightly loaded Tilbury to Coatbridge intermodal passing through Lancashire on 15th January 2022. Tesco has heavily publicised its new partnership with DRS to move refrigerated containers by rail (See recent news item).
