New £3m Metro bridge is lowered into place in North Tyneside [Tyne and Wear Metro]

A new £3m Metro bridge has been successfully installed in North Tyneside. The bridge, which will carry Metro services over Tanners Bank in North Shields, was carefully lowered into place using a giant crane on Wednesday night, July 20.
