This past weekend marked the beginning of a 10-week programme of works that will see improvements made Glasgow Central stations platform 1, through a £1.2m track upgrade package.

A team of Network Rail engineers are conducting these works, enhancing the safety and reliability of the railway, futureproofing the infrastructure for years to come.
