As Subway embarks on a very exciting year ahead we wanted to bring you along on the journey with the release of our new podcast 'Glasgow Subway Journeys'.

Launching Monday 8th May, this six - part series covers the past, present and future of the world's third oldest underground system.

Episodes One & Two take you back to 1896 as we get a unique insight from John Messner, the Curator at Riverside Museum, and we also talk with the first female Subway driver Ruth Mather.
