Network Rail Scotland say sections of the West Highland Line were badly damaged after heavy rain.

Engineers worked around-the-clock to repair the West Highland Line at three sites after severe flooding on Monday night caused significant damage between Roy Bridge and Tulloch. The repairs will included rebuilding a section of the line where over 400 tons of material was washed away from beneath the track. Engineers rebuilt the embankment beneath the line and re-laid the track.
