Upgrade disruption for trains [News and Star]

COMMUTERS face more than a fortnight of disruption as work progresses on the £35m upgrade of a busy cross-border rail link. Trains will not be running between Gretna Green and Dumfries from today until Sunday July 29 to allow engineers to lay an extra track.
