GNER has launched its third refurbished train on the East Coast Main Line. The train is one of 13 trains being refurbished as part of a £45 million investment. GNER operates 13 diesel high speed trains in total, all of which will receive a completely new interior makeover by early 2009. The new-look interiors offer more comfortable and contemporary surroundings, including brighter and more spacious interiors. [Edinburgh Evening News 5 October 2007]
