Following the approval of the Supervisory Board of Deutsche Bahn AG, the company plans to take over the entire shares in English Welsh & Scottish Railway Holding Limited (EWS) and acquire a majority share in the Spanish company Transportes Ferroviarios Especiales (Transfesa).
