FIRE-RAISERS have caused passenger misery on the Fife-Edinburgh rail line twice in two days by setting fire to trackside signalling cables. The vandalism attacks, at Inverkeithing in Fife, closed the route for about an hour both on Wednesday night and in yesterday’s morning peak.
