China clay flow from Aberdeen [Modern Railways]

Date: 06/10/2008

A new flow of China clay started earlier this year from Aberden Waterloo Quay to Blackburn every Tuesday. The tanks leave Waterloo Quay as working 6A67, the 1157 to Laurencekirk, using the class 67 off the sleeper. At Laurencekirk they are taken south to Mossend yard on 6D83, the 1608 from Laurencekirk.
