156439 stands at Platform 11 of Glasgow Central on 1st October. To the left is the former car park which will become the new platforms 12 and 13. Originally planned as part of the now cancelled Glasgow Airport Rail Link, this will be the biggest construction project undertaken at the station since the extension of 1906. The car park was closed on 27th September and screens are now being erected which will result in a temporary reduction in the available space on platforms 11 and 14.
