Labour vows to put GARL back on track [The Times]

Looking out along platforms 12 and 13 at Glasgow Central on 9 September 2007. The short platform 11a can be seen in the centre background. There are plans to realign this platform and extend it back into the station through the arch on the left to accomodate future Glasgow Airport Rail Link services. Work on the project is due to commence in 2009.
