Wennington Junction
Wennington signal box was in the recess but was removed in 2006 having been switched out for many years. The signalling block section now extends from Carnforth to Settle Junction. Picture taken looking west towards the former junction for Lancaster where the remaining line swings right towards Melling and Carnforth. The signalbox has gone to the Poulton and Wyre Railway Society.
