Daisyfield
Daisyfield station closed in 1958, four years before the other Blackburn to Hellifield stations, and did not reopen when services to Clitheroe were restored. Here, in this view from the level crossing towards the junction with the East Lancashire line, the old down platform is still in situ and the remnants of the up can also be seen. The double track section to Hellifield starts immediately beyond the level crossing.
