Carstairs South Junction
A Birmingham New Street - Edinburgh Waverley Voyager approaching Carstairs in July 2007. The train will avoid Carstairs station by taking the route via Carstairs South and East Junctions and will shortly cross the picture travelling in the opposite direction on the line in the background passing just in front of the security fence of the State Hospital.
