Lancaster [1st]

The rear of Lancaster Greaves station building and probably the point where the tracks from Preston would have terminated. Former stable block still standing to the right but modern hospital buildings occupying much of the old track area. Because the railway was only here for a short period in the 1840s information is limited but the current occupiers of the building would be interested in any information about its history. Photo by kind permission of Morecambe Bay Hospital Trust Estates Department.
