Ballachulish (Glencoe)

Looking from the former platform ends to the terminus building at Ballachulish. The locomotive sat in the station site for a time in the late 1980s. The platforms were infilled and I couldn't find any trace of them. The former slate quarries can be seen behind the station - these were served by a line extending from the goods yard (off to the left) and a number of narrow gauge lines. The snow covered Pap of Glencoe can just be seen above the hillside (above the chimney).
