Barrhead
The service on this former G&SW line was so poor post-Beeching it's surprising that the bay platform at Barrhead was allowed to
survive. Lucky it did, as there's now (as of December 2009) a
half-hourly service on the through lines as well as on the local service using the bay. 101 695 stands at Platform 3, ready to return to Glasgow on 17 July 1998.
