Not as fast as a Eurostar perhaps, but a lot more fun... the French leg of the Golden Arrow, photographed at Calais in 1964 behind an SNCF Pacific. The last ever Golden Arrow service ran between London Victoria and Paris Nord on 30 September 1972.
