Kilnknowe Junction

Just north of Kilnknowe Junction, with the Peebles line about to diverge west, this double-arch road bridge carried Kilnknowe Place over the formation. The single line for Peebles ran through the arch on the left, with the Waverley Route using the wider span on the right. View north in April 2010, some 41 years after closure - during which time nature seems to have reclaimed much of the old cutting.
