New Galloway
The former New Galloway station looking east from the bridge towards Dumfries on 12 May 2010. The main building has been significantly modified and extended since the station closed in June 1965 and much of the site now forms part of a large garden, although sections of the once lengthy platforms remain beyond the hedge see image 29119. The station is located in the hamlet of Mossdale, some 5 miles from New Galloway itself.
