Blantyre

Strathclyde Red (orange, really) with its stylised map logo was
superseded in 1997 by the carmine and cream livery and colour scheme for stations.  In 2008 a unified 'Scotland's Railway' image was introduced which would subsume the SPT one.  While the new livery has not made much headway, repainting of stations to blue and white proceeds apace. Meanwhile there are still pockets of Strathclyde Red signs, mainly on bridges over roads at station.  Blantyre station building though is, I believe, the only one still to have the image before last and is looking defiantly 1980s on 16 June 2010.
