Taking a run at it... Shunning all thoughts of assistance, Britannia Pacific no 70016 Ariel storms north through Beattock station in the mid sixties heading for the bank. 70016 arrived at Kingmoor in 1965 and spent its final two years there, being withdrawn by BR at the end of August 1967.
