Beattock
One of Beattock shed's finest gets to grips with a heavy northbound parcels train at the start of the climb towards the summit in 1965. The train locomotive in this case is 72008 Clan MacLeod see image 29914. To the right of the photograph the Moffat branch turns off to the east.
