On 19 June a Class 320 on a Helensburgh to Airdrie service crosses the River Leven (one of three in Scotland) between Dalreoch and Dumbarton Central. At less than 600 yards this is the equal shortest distance (shared with two other pairs) between Scottish network stations. If you happen to know what the others are, your reward is your own satisfaction.
