The Indian Pacific on arrival at Sydney Central on 27 September 2008. NR 25 is the train engine with the rear portion - the train is split into two outside Central Station as the platforms are too short for it. She has come all the way from Perth W.A. DL50 (at the platform to the left) joined as helper at Adelaide, marshalled inside the train engine, and has brought in the front portion. The train engine uncouples, the train is split and the front portion goes forward while the train engine collects the rear portion. See image 30638
