Carlisle
An exhibition of vintage locomotives and rolling stock at Carlisle platform 6 in June 1958. The locomotive nearest the camera is the preserved Samuel Johnson Midland Railway Spinner no 118 (later no 673). This locomotive is now a static exhibit at the NRM in York.
