Corstorphine [2nd]

The 13.36 (SO) DMU for Edinburgh Waverley stands at the buffer stops at Corstorphine on a wet Saturday 30 December 1967. This was the final scheduled passenger service from the station, which had opened with the branch in 1902. On opening, the original 1842 Corstorphine station, located on the E&G main line approximately half a mile to the south, was renamed Saughton see image 25903.
